Graduation Process

Applying for Graduation is a multi-step process that requires contact with the Environmental Studies Academic Advisor. Please pay attention to application deadlines and the availability of the Academic Advisor.

1. Make an appointment with the Environmental Studies Academic Advisor. Pay attention to the application deadlines so that you are able to submit your application to the Registrar's Office on time .

Submission of Graduation Application Deadlines
Spring Graduation (May): November 1
Summer Graduation (August): February 1
Fall Graduation (December): June 1

2. Complete two forms prior to your appointment:
a. Graduation Application
b. Exit Survey

3. Bring the Graduation Application and the Exit Survey to your scheduled appointment with the academic advisor. The Exit Survey will not be read until after the student's graduation date. All surveys are strictly confidential.

4. Submit the Graduation Application to the Registrar's Office in the Student Service's Building, Window 15.

5. Explore post-graduation plans.
