Articulated Courses for Transfer Credit
Are you transferring to the University of Utah from another college or university in Utah? Here are the classes we automatically accept as equivalent to our classes. These are based on “articulation” agreements. If there is a course you would like to apply towards the Environmental Studies Major that is not on this list, you can petition that the course be applied towards the major.
Articulation is the process of determining whether a course from one Utah institution is equivalent to a course at another Utah institution. Articulation is based on a comparison of the course content, scope and objectives to determine whether courses are equivalent.
If there is a course that is not articulated and you would like to apply the course towards the Environmental Studies Major, you can petition the Environmental Studies Program.
