Assistant Director and Advisor

Natasha McVaugh Seegert graduated in 2000 from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Environmental Studies. After working as the Youth Gardening Coordinator at Wasatch Community Gardens for two years, she returned to the University of Utah and received an M.S. in Environmental Education. Natasha has been the Academic Advisor since 2001 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Communication.

 

Advising Hours
The academic advisor assists students with selecting courses, checking progress towards graduation, and taking care of other program-related business. In addition, you may want to meet with the advisor to discuss internship opportunities, as well as recommendations for career searches.

Regular advising hours are held Monday – Thursday during the academic year, and by special appointment. The office is closed on Friday.

Monday: 12:00-3:00
Tuesday: 12:00-3:00
Wednesday: 9:00-12:00
Thursday: 9:00-12:00

The Environmental Studies office will be closed during holidays. Advising hours will be periodically updated and are subject to change.
